are you still dual-booting OpenSolaris with another operating system (like Microsoft Windows or Linux) where the keyboard drivers still work? If so, reboot into the other operating system and run the The Sun Device Detection tool which you can get from the link below:
http://www.sun.com/bigadmin/hcl/hcts/device_detect.jsp It might give you some good hints on what's going on. So please run that device detection tool if you can and let us know what the output of it was.
