Everything I know comes from reading Solaris related blogs, so I'm just repeating what I've heard from other people. You shouldn't trust me, you should actually go out and try to find a Tecra A9 or a Satellite A205 and boot it up from the 2008.05 dash-one update cd that you can get from genunix.org and see if everything works like I say it does (maybe try installing the operating system on a USB flash drive, which is a feature, that as I understand it, still works better in 2008.05 than it does in 2008.11). -- This message posted from opensolaris.org
