"My understanding is that Errata 131 is superseded by Erratum 169. The machine (an Ultra 20) is confirmed to have the fixed BIOS and Solaris 10U5 has not shown the warning. This would appeared that the detection logic in OpenSolaris is incorrect, i.e. Sun's CR#6438926 which was fixed in NV Build 47 resurfaced again.
