Cheers for this info, much appreciated... fyi I'm planning to go with a single logical (mirrored + HS on the controller) for the OS; but I'm still toying with whether to present the remaing drives as single logical volumes and using ZFS redundancy, or going with hardware redundancy (or a combination of both) - so many options...
Either way it's good to hear these boxes are performing well, they seem to be the only 2U boxes out there that you can cram a decent amount of disks in. Alex -- This message posted from opensolaris.org
