Any virtualization solution will take all guests with it as soon the host OS crashes. So I don't see how that's a drawback specifically to zones.
And I don't get what you mean with the container thing. If you get the application running nearly directly on the host operating system, wouldn't that be favorable over a completely virtualized OS instance? -mg This message posted from opensolaris.org
