By "licence agreement" do you mean this text:

This is the message Solaris prints as it boots the kernel.

Can you boot from the OpenSolaris CD again, but this time when it displays the 
boot menu:

1. Press "e". You should now see these 2 lines:

kernel$ /platform/i86pc/kernel/$ISADIR/unix
module /boot/x86.microroot

2. Press "e" again. You should now be editing the "kernel$" line. Add "-kv -m 
verbose" to the end of the line so it reads:

kernel$ /platform/i86pc/kernel/$ISADIR/unix -kv -m verbose

3. Press enter.

4. Press "b" to boot the amended entry.

5. Make a note of the last 10 lines of output and post them here.
