What do you mean by "install Windows"? Are you talking about an X-windows based
desktop environment like GNOME or KDE or XFCE? I'm kind of confused as to what
the problem is.

If you boot off the 2008.05 Indiana distro live CD and don't log in at the
text-based log in and just let it boot up by itself without typing in anything,
you'll eventually get a GNOME X-windows based desktop, if that's what you're
trying to do.

Or are you trying to install Microsoft Windows XP and OpenSolaris 2008.05 as a
dual boot? If that's the case, just divide the hard drive into two partitions,
then install Microsoft Windows on the lower partition and then pop in the
OpenSolaris live CD, and install OpenSolaris graphically in the second, higher
partition.

I'm sorry, but I just don't understand what you're doing and what the problem
is and I'll need more information to help you. However, I never worked for Sun,
I'm just some college kid with a strong Linux background who loves tinkering
with Solaris.
