Well, here are the test results:

When booted with -kv options, the system shows following messages right before 
falling to debugger promt:

panic[cpu0]/thread=fec1dc60: cannot mount root path /ramdisk:a

fec3652c genunix:rootconf+fc (c0f040, 1, fec1d3d0)
fec36550 genunix:vfs_mountroot+54 (fe800010, fec3250, )
fec3654 genunix:main+b4 ()

Seems, it has lost it's analog of what is called initramdisk in Linux (sorry, I 
have no experience with Solaris and don't know the correct name of the thing).

If possible, tell me please where the ramdisk has to be placed in Solaris and 
how to point the system where to find it at boot time.

Also I'll be very gratefull for more bright ideas :)
