Yes, it is called "developer build". It is being released on two-week basis 
(most of the time;). To upgrade your OSOL to latest release just issue in 
terminal:
$ pfexec pkg unset-publisher opensolaris.org
$ pfexec pkg -P -O http://pkg.opensolaris.org/dev opensolaris.org
$ pfexec pkg refresh
$ pfexec pkg install -v SUNWipkg
$ pfexec pkg image-update -v

After last command another boot environment will be created (automatically), so 
you don't have to worry if something goes wrong with the update process, or 
with usability of the system after update. If you don't like that release you 
can simply boot to previous version of your OSOL.
