I see the error message about sendmail, but I see that can be turned off.

My real issue is that after installing the developers edition, or the
community, it gets to the very end (97-99%) finished and then fails. I check
the log and I cannot find where it failed.

When I reboot it manages to come up just fine, but with one serious error. The
network does not work. When I try to configure the network it says "Network
Auto-magic NWAM is enabled."

I looked up how to turn it off, and I found a page with a manual disable using
svcadm at the terminal.

When I try to use svcadm command it says it does not exist. I then went to
usr/sbin and did a ls, from there I could see svcadm but it still said the
command did not exist.

I can boot and work on the machine fine, but I cannot get online or configure
the network.
