Actually, as I clicked submit to my last message, the SunOS banner
suddenly came up and started continuing with the boot process and is
updating SMF descriptors. To be sure, 2 services went to maintenance
mode so I'll have to see how much cleanup work is needed now. And this
may be a moot point if the underlying changes from nv49 to nv82 is
inherently unstable or incompatible.
