   yes  , [STOP]-A    or [shift]-[pause]     combinations
cases my Sunblade 1500   to  go into prom mode  using a 
Sun type 6  USB  keyboard. 

Why don't you order a X3731A  Sun type 7 USB  U.S./Canada  keyboard 
from a dealer. they sell on Ebay for $70

Good  then  you prpbably have a later model than the  SB100  I had
