I think I have experienced this on my own profile, but was not aware that it was a widespread issue, nor that it was triggered by editing the profile. Is this always reproducible or merely random? (I haven't yet filled by profile texts back in.)

What's more worrying, is that support didn't find (or didn't bother to search?) the already filed issue on jira. > much less recognizing a scenario that warrants escalation.
