Hmmm... for the CVS access we can create a openssl-apps/ sub-repository with
e.g. openssl-apps/ssltelnet/ and give the main author of ssltelnet an account
on dev.openssl.org or use a common account for all apps-authors. Additionally
an [EMAIL PROTECTED] mailing list should exists. But I wouldn't create
own dedicated lists for each app, that's oversize.
