One can argue that everyone who is paying attention on the ssl-users list
knows what is happening. Perhaps making them subscribe to the openssl
would help cull inactive users; just a thought.

Attempting to put some structure in makes a lot of sense; however,
it never seems to do much good. Many folks send to an "inappropriate"
list or just blast away to all.
Anyway, openssl-apache makes sense to me; openssl-apps seems too
fine a distinction.
