Yes, openssl-users matches the old ssl-users best.

That's exactly the problem: those users crosspost usually to all lists. We
already see this between ssl-users, apache-ssl and sw-mod-ssl. Those people
write to all three in parallel. So, Ben we should keep the openssl-users and
not split it. But a redirection from ssl-users to openssl-users is useful
until people have switched.

So, I vote for doing it this way:

1. Immediately forward all ssl-users messages to openssl-users

2. Give a statement on ssl-users that people should switch
   the next weeks by unscribing from ssl-users and subscribing to
   openssl-users. When they don't unsubscribe from ssl-users they're
   automatically subscribed to openssl-user after the delay of
   a few weeks.

3. After the delay, we copy over the subscriptions and 
   create a permanent redirection of ssl-users to openssl-users

Does this three-step approach sound reasonable?
