And nobody has complained?  If noone is interested, I don't see a
reason for us to keep pretending we support it.

Folks, it's up to you to make the call!  Unless I hear that Win16
support is needed and still working (at least with OpenSSL 0.9.6b), I
might just drop it as part of my haulover.
