At least with 1.0.1 we can totally overhaul the thing (subject to binary
compatibility) as nothing is set in stone.

TBH it looks like most of the stuff in dtls1.h shouldn't be touched by
applications anyway: although those structures were exposed in 1.0.0. Is
anything likely to be broken by making the lot opaque except for the DTLS code
that needs it?
