FWIW my view is that Monasca is an interesting emerging project, with a team accreting around it that seems to be interested in collaboration. We've had ongoing discussions with them about overlaps and differences since the outset of this cycle, though of course our over-riding focus for Juno has had to be on the TC gap analysis and on addressing architectural debts. But going forward into Kilo, I think there should be scope for possible closer collaboration between the projects, figuring out the aspects that are complementary and possible shared elements and/or converged APIs.
