May be an effect of mac address randomization. Can you post output of
- journalctl -b -u NetworkManager
- journalctl -b -u wpa_supplicant

- rpm -qi NetworkManager
- rpm -qi wpa_supplicant

- contents of /etc/NetworkManager/system-connections/ for the relevant 
connection


The last one may contain network credentials!
