I share the concerns of Marcus. Especially I see a distinction between:
- allowing security updates / software installs (removal?) from the
current repositories (with gpg check)
and
- allowing adding repositories, installing RPM files.

Especially the first could be nice for semi-administrated computers.
[The computer is administrated, but the local user may add some
packages; he may not however, gain root access as the computer has
complete NFS access.]

To understand the full implications of the rights granted via ZMD rights
is not obvious.
