Especially I see a distinction between: - allowing security updates / software installs (removal?) from the current repositories (with gpg check) and - allowing adding repositories, installing RPM files. Especially the first could be nice for semi-administrated computers. [The computer is administrated, but the local user may add some packages; he may not however, gain root access as the computer has complete NFS access.] To understand the full implications of the rights granted via ZMD rights is not obvious.
