Awful, awful, awful is the only way I can describe the behavior of the new menus. I never liked real sliding doors, and I don't like these either.
Is there some config setting somewhere that will bring back the many years old tree/branch behavior? If so, where? I looked in the menus for Kcontrol/Personal Settings/Control Center for at least 3 minutes before giving up and going to Konsole to type in kcontrol. -- "Wisdom is supreme; therefore get wisdom.
