I am one of that folks ;) From 16.8 KBps to maximum 21.6 Kbps.
Ouch - not even V90... :-(
be warned that for modem use, mail is better than web. minimal web
page are of course ok, but most free temporary web sites are
impossible to see from modem, due to too many adds
aattachment limit near 50k is not a problem at all (most spams are
bigger than that :-(
