have a single DVD and CDs.

running and will help you to create either your own local network mirror
or a custom DVD ( google for KIWI and RTFM )

non-sense..?? gee.... Debian shlould not be taked as a model of anything
!! arghhhhh...

Im sorry, but after reading all your argumentation, your idea only looks
 like a nice way to waste resources and will make SUSE developers to
spend time in the wrong task, there are many.many more important things
to do.
