ISTR in SUSE putting it in /etc/X11/Xresources doesn't work, while putting it in ~/.Xdefaults does work. Without knowing what his DPI should be, that's just as likely to make some fonts smaller (they're too small now) as to make them larger (what he wants). Since his resolution is 1600x1200, his correct DPI is likely to be well in excess of 96, though it's possible Skype is currently using 75, or qt is using a size smaller than the rest of his desktop. -- " Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people.
