I heard all those complaints before, and I'm sure there's validity to
them. However, along with my 'puter work, I'm also a pro-photographer.
The choice I have is use Gimp and stay MickySoft free, or use some junk
from the "evil empire" and pay a huge amount of money for PhotoShop. The
latter is a fine program to be sure, but unfortunately the people who
produce it have their collective heads planted where there's no sunlight
and won't port it to Linux.
