Europe the US and Australia are going to be a little difficult to
schedule anyway. I think that you have to pick 2 out of 3 and schedule
accordingly. For Australia and the US early evening US time is about
lunctime Australian time which is best. Australia and Europe would be
better early evening Australian time, lunchtime European time(s).
