hi there,

it seems both of you are running some (yet) unsupported hardware on the client 
side. to get a clue about what's going on please add "vga=normal" (without 
quotes) to the kernel command line:

- start the openthinclient manager
- navigate to your desired thin client and right click -> edit
- enter vga=normal into settings -> additional kernel parameters and click o.k.
- start/reboot this client

now you should see all console messages (and no boot splash). you can scroll 
up/down with <Shift><Page Up/Down>.

what do you see on screen after the line "Begin: Running /scripts/nfs-top ..."?
