The timezone change you did on server has nothing to do with the
openthinclient software suite. Our virtual appliance is essentially
just a normal linux  (Ubuntu 10.04  LTS to be exact) with a running
openthinclient server.

All changes that you want to apply to the clients must be configured
in the openthinclient manager. My guess is that your clients are
wrongly configured for the "German" location.

As you can see the timezone for "German" is per default "Europe/Berlin".

My suggestion would be either to rename the "German" location and
change the setting there or to create a new one and assign it to each
thinclient afterwards.
