Thanx Jörn i can't ping it so i added the instance in the DNS server but when I 
try to open the realm it comes with the error: Can't load realm: Can't init 
directory.

Hi Rob,

keep in mind that the maschine on which you're trying to start the manager 
must be able to contact the otc-server by its hostname:

e.g.  If the hostname of the otc-server is "openthinclient-server" and your 
local domain is "net.intern", your computer should be able to ping or dig

openthinclient-server.net.intern
and
openthinclient-server

Please try it on a commandshell.

Maybe all components of the manager will operate well without a propper 
name resolution. The packet management will not work without it.
