Thanx Dave and Jorn,

I installed a new instance of OTC now i can update and install packages. When I
connect it to the Active directory with "domainname\username" it works 1 time
when I close the management screen and reopen it it comes with the error
message. "username@domainname" works ok.

Regards

Rob

Hi,

I believe the issue you have identified is a known issue. I refer you to
http://openthinclient.org/Troubleshooting?bl#installation where the issue " The
list of the package manager is empty" is discussed.

The first time I installed openthin client on a Ubuntu based system I did not
have this problem but did on a subsequent Debian installation. I never
investigated it further because I have abandoned the use of open thin client.

Regards

Dave

All of the data generated in your IT infrastructure is seriously valuable.
Why? It contains a definitive record of application performance, security
threats, fraudulent activity, and more. Splunk takes this data and makes
sense of it. IT sense. And common sense.
