but why in the world can you not add a new target to a scan?

it is really boring having a lot of scheduled scans pointing
finally to the same virtuakization-cluster and running at the
same time instead add a new host do a existing config

there should be REALLY a option to switch off this prohibitions
for environments where you do not need to compare the results
but you also want not lose them completly
