Granting Observers permissions via Permission in the Task Detail view, is
what I was looking for. It applies the permission to view the task to the
user, same as it did using the option field Observers in OpenVAS-6 or via
omp.

But I don't get it working for Notes and Overrides, The Observer role has
the "get_notes" and "get_overrides" permission by default already, so
there may be no need to add a specific permission, but.even when adding
the permission for a specific Override or Notes to that user, this
Observer user does not see any notes or permissions.
