Hello,
in the OpenVAS- Scanner Changelog is described:
"openvas-scanner 4.0.0 (2014-04-10) ...
Support for Knowledge Base saving outside of network scans has been
removed."
Three questions:
a) What das mean "outside of network scans"? I do scan several servers
over the network with the german IT-Grundschutz-GSHB scripts and (even
with the option "save_knowledge_base") there in no KB_saving anymore
with my OpenVAS-7. In the older OpenVAS-6 Version there was KB_Saving.
b) Is there a way to "extract" or to redirect the output of all my used
NVTs into a different file, instead of saving results into the KB (for
example: /temp/nvt_log.txt) ?
c) What happens OpenVAS internal with the commands "set_kb_item();" and
"get_kb_item();" when the KB isn't saved anymore??
Any solution?
