I was able to fix it. I wasn't for sure if the other packages wouldn't uninstall properly without the other. I removed all the openvas packages and reinstalled them. #yum install openvas It installed all the dependencies and I start the three services: openvas-manager, openvas-scanner, gsad They all start up fine but when I go to the URL: https://servername:9392/ I get the following error: This site can't be reached servername refused to connect.
