Well, it's quite a long list (do a git log net/sched to see just the packet scheduling related fixes) and I wouldn't call the RED fixe(s) a 'feature', as red is part of openwrt's current qos system and has been broken for ~3 years. The SFQ head of line fix is a nice improvement on SFQ, too.
