Well, it's quite a long list (do a git log net/sched to see just the packet
scheduling related fixes)
and I wouldn't call the RED fixe(s) a 'feature', as red is part of openwrt's
current qos system and has been broken for ~3 years.

The SFQ  head of line fix is a nice improvement on SFQ, too. As
are the the additional abilities and extensions added in the 3.3 series.

disregarding BQL for the nonce, these were helpful.
they are mostly trivial to backport.
