The fact that the other ticket #9678 refers to a different european
country does not mean that it is a different bug.
After reviewing the code (and finding out why channel 12 was enabled in
the first place), I found that this is the exact same issue as in the
other ticket.
Marking it as a duplicate of the older ticket is therefore a valid
resolution.
Please don't reopen this ticket out of spite just because a simple detail
is different.
