Same issue with WDR3600 V1.5.
OpenWRT is currently unusable on the device as there's absolutely no
stable connection.
Sometimes more than 90% of the ping packets to Google get lost.
This patch solved my problem:

WDR3600 is used as a dumb access point without a wan connection. Problems
occurs at the switch directly.
