#17606: WLAN Channel 12 and 13

In Barrier Breaker 14.07 RC3 I can select as County "AT"
for Austria.
But still WLAN Channel 12 and 13 are not avaliable until
I use the Reghack (http://luci.subsignal.org/~jow/reghack/)
There are a lot of tickets open for this "problem",
so I cant understand, why this is still not fixed,
and I need to use this - not - so - nice - hack.
(Who knows for which newer Versions of OpenWRT this hack
will still work ?)
(Especially Channel 13 is very important for me because I
have a lot of Accesspoints, and I want to set them
to CH 1 - 5 - 9 - 13)
