If this is the case, then this issue should be marked as high priority,
because without working ETH interfaces few devices might get bricked
requiring serial console... they may still work, but if WIFI will not work
neither or will not get IP due to the whatever reason, there is no option
to connect anymore.
I know it's obvious for everyone, just my 5 cents. (and also I don't want
to see something so great like Openwrt with damaged reputation) and yes, I
know it's trunk/development ;-)
