I compiled a new system with the change set r43757
If I boot the TL-MR3020 with the ethernet cable pluged
into the router, the ethernet network stays down.
But if I remove the LAN cable, boot the device again
and connect the router with the LAN > after < the boot
process has completed, the ethernet port works
and I can connect to the TL-MR3020 router via LAN.
