fwiw, i recently upgraded from BB to CC r45027 on my C7 v2's and the 5ghz
radio was not detected until i installed kmod-ath10k (and maybe rebooted
or restarted networking/wifi).
on BB i was unable to establish a WDS bridge with another C7 v2 using the
5ghz radio at all. on CC it's established and working, and while i haven't
done any formal throughput testing, my main HTPC is on the other side of
the wifi bridge from my file server, and i haven't had any issues with
buffering.
