I downloaded the firmware from the hg556 TOH page
(hg556a_backport_12.09.zip) and retagged It as HG553. It works flawlesly
(two USB 2.0 ports) Board is: HG55MAGV VER D
Anyway I can borrow the router again and test any firmware
