Judging from the data size output, it looks like you have flashed an
uImage to the device. To my knowledge this is only the kernel and not a
full Image. You need to flash either a squashfs or a jffs2 image to the
device.
Does the tftpboot work for you with the u-boot image provided by
[comment:11 anonymous]?
