I don't know whether OpenWrt runs on any print servers, but a slightly more expensive solution would be any of the low-end NAS servers from Pogoplug, Seagate, iomega, or Buffalo. It should be possible to install OpenWrt, or a minimal version of a more "mainstream" distro like Debian, to the internal flash memory on any of these.
