I did have a look at that.  The problem I find with all these "cheap"
boards is that the cost adds up when you include an enclosure, power
supply, etc.  Also, if you actually want to distribute something
commercially I presume the complete product would have to be certified
to some standards (FCC, etc).  So the advantage of something like a
commercially available product (like a print server or router) is that
it is cheaper when all the components are included in the cost, and it
has been certified to use in home, etc.
