At this point in time this list should pretty much be anything made by
tp-link in your price range.

Pretty much every tp-link router sold today is atheros based. Almost all
have at least 4mb of flash. And they range in price from cheap (sub 100) to
really cheap (sub 50).

Of course there are other perfectly usable brands, some of better quality.
But they bounce around SoCs to much for my taste (I'm looking at you
netgear).
