Hi,
the basic design philosophy is to prevent reissue with the same key and
there is no easy way around this. If you want to change this, modify the
workflow configuration and remove the "unique" index from the "subject
key identifier" column in the certificates table.

In a nutshell - I've used CSR to make a certificate and now I would
like to use it again, but it's not possible.
