if you delete the certificate (or set the subject_key_identifier column
to null) and remove the attribute "subject_key_identifier" from the
workflow_attributes table you should be able to issue a new certificate
for this CSR.

key and there is no easy way around this. If you want to change
this, modify the workflow configuration and remove the "unique"
