Dear Julio, I had a look at you program, and at tutorial4.cpp on which it seems to be based. It turns out that the tutorial contains a bug, that even has been marked with a TODO comment. Simple sources are used, not the wells, they are ignored at least for the transport. From first look, your program should not have that error, I'll need to look more into why it fails.
But I'll certainly try to fix the tutorial!
